Reverse 411 fetches your caller's details such as the name and/or address from Whitepages (if available) based on the incoming caller ID.
Land line phones provide good results. You can use this information - caller's phone number, caller's location and caller's address in instant messages (IM) or text alerts.
You can also add a rule to insert the lead details into the CRM directly.
Please note that Reverse 411 is handled using the Whitepages service and will put the caller on hold for 2-4 seconds.
