Access your CRM by voice commands

Allow your employees to access CRM simply by issuing voice commands (Voice CRM). Simply say the contact name and choose one of the following options:

Place a call

Place a call with a single voice command that links into your CRM. If the CRM has more than one number, Invox will prompt the agent to choose the number type (landline, mobile or office).

Send an email

The "Send an email" voice command will conveniently transcribe the recorded voice and send an email.

Add Notes

Add notes with a voice command in your CRM.

Set a Reminder

Simply say a date or a time such as today, tomorrow or even a specific calendar date and set a reminder task for a specific customer in your Phone CRM.

Report by Phone

Allow your employees to file their sales reports by phone. You can choose the format of the report and the system will prompt the questions and transcribe the results.
