Geographic Routing module connects the caller to the nearest store/dealer based on the list you have setup in the system. Unlike store locator, Geographical routing forwards the calls to the nearest number in the list based on the caller's phone number.
The distance is computed based on the area code of the caller and the locations provided in the list.
