Play customer's name from Salesforce and update the note based on his/her response to commercial message.
Step 1:
Retrieve customer's name from the CRM account using Search Lead feature.
Search lead searches for a lead in your CRM account based on the caller's phone number. If a match is found in your CRM account, it retrieves and stores the related lead information as firstname, lastname, location and crmid.
Step 2:
Play the caller's name ($firstname, $lastname) using "Play message".
Step 3:
If the lead is not present in the CRM, use Capture Lead to capture the lead.
Step 4:
Play the commercial message and prompt if the caller is interested using Yes/No feature.
Step 5:
Corresponding to the response, add a custom note.
