Invox calls up the customers from the CSV list and customizes the marketing message with customer's name from SalesForce. Based on his/her interest, a note is added into Salesforce.
Step 1:
Upload a CSV file with list of numbers to call. Alternatively, type the numbers.
Step 2:
Select the phone system to be connected after the customer picks up the call.
Select the phone system created in Salesforce Integration showcase.
Step 3:
Select the timings and start/end date for this campaign.
