CRM Search Lead
"CRM Search Lead" searches for the lead (a person's name, phone number etc.,) in your CRM account based on the caller's phone number (recorded by your caller ID). If a match is found in your CRM account, Invox updates the lead information with the new number and data collected during the call.
CRM Capture Lead
"CRM Capture Lead" works similarly to the Search Lead function, finding a lead based on their phone number. If a match is not found in your CRM account, it creates a new lead with the caller information such as caller ID, caller name and address (if reverse 411 is added).
For entries where caller information such as name etc. cannot be retrieved, "Invox" is added as the name of the lead.
CRM Management
"CRM Management" lets you access the information on your CRM account while you are on the move.
You can add notes, create tasks, send mail or talk to your CRM leads, all over the phone.
CRM Update
Invox allows you to add custom notes anywhere in the call flow. This feature is especially valuable in outbound campaigns - the system automatically adds a note when the lead responds positively.
